Built by a student, for students and their advisors.
CompPrep AI is AI practice for DECA, FBLA, HOSA, TSA and Model UN students, plus chapter tools for advisors and officers.
Who builds CompPrep
CompPrep AI is built by Joseph Almijbilee, a high school student in the Sugar Land, Texas area. At Harmony School of Innovation – Sugar Land, Joseph is president of the FBLA chapter and Vice President of Leadership of the DECA chapter.
He grew the FBLA chapter from 11 to 25 members and the DECA chapter from 70 to 160. He qualified for DECA states and completed DECA’s School-Based Enterprise (SBE) Academy.
Why it exists
Good practice tools were scattered, expensive or built for only one organization. Students prepared with old PDFs and whatever an officer had time for.
Advisors had it hard too. They juggled spreadsheets, paper sign-ins and group chats just to run a meeting.
Joseph built CompPrep so any student can practice like the top chapters do, and so advisors can run their chapter in one place.
What it does
For students
Practice tests built like each organization’s tests, an AI practice judge for role-plays, presentations and interviews, an AI coach, flashcards, lessons and a daily plan. Model UN students also get practice committee sessions, position paper feedback and resolution practice.
For advisors and officers
Meeting check-in, points and a leaderboard, announcements, a competition to-do list, an events roster and a weekly summary email.
Free to study
Every student studies free. Optional Pro adds more AI practice, and a chapter plan covers every member. See pricing.
Our promises
No selling data, no ad tracking
Student data is used only to run the app. We never sell it or use it to target ads. In the app, free accounts may see one small, non-personalized ad; Pro and chapter plans see none.
13 and up
CompPrep is for students 13 and older, following COPPA. Sign-up blocks younger users.
Ready for schools
Built with FERPA in mind. We’ll sign a student data privacy agreement with a school or district on request. See our sample agreement.
Your data is yours
Students can download or delete their data anytime from Profile. Student work is never used to train AI.
Read the privacy policy. CompPrep AI is independent and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by DECA, FBLA, HOSA, TSA or any Model UN conference.
